As M.H.K. KALIP APARAT MAKİNA SAN. TİC.LTD. ŞTİ ("Workplace"), we present the clarification text we have prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and containing information about personal data processing activities for all data categories and groups of persons to the information of the public and relevant persons;

What should be understood by the concept of data controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. The categories of personal data belonging to employees, employee candidates, potential product or service buyers, product or service buyers (hereinafter referred to as "patients"), supplier employees, supplier officials, parents/guardians/representatives and visitors and processed by us are listed below and each data category is processed for the purposes specified opposite:

B- Philosophical beliefs, religion, sect and other beliefs / Fulfillment of obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees

C-Communication / Fulfillment of obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees, carrying out training activities, planning human resources processes, informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, carrying out management activities, managing goods and services procurement processes, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation, carrying out marketing processes of products / services, carrying out after-sales support services of goods and services

D- Identity / Fulfillment of obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees, carrying out training activities, planning human resources processes, carrying out storage and archive activities, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, carrying out management activities, carrying out fringe benefits and benefits processes for employees, managing goods and services procurement processes, monitoring legal affairs, carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation, carrying out marketing processes of products / services, performance of the service

E- Professional experience / Fulfillment of obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees, execution of fringe benefits and benefits processes for employees, execution of marketing processes of product services

  • ARTICLE 3: PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Of the personal data subject to this disclosure text, those transferred for the fulfillment of legal obligations and the realization of obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation and the places where they are transferred are listed below:

A- Identity / Social Security Institution, financial advisors, suppliers

B- Contact / Social Security Institution, Private insurance companies

C- Finance / Social Security Institution, financial advisor

D- Professional experience / Social Security Institution, financial advisor

E- Health information / Social Security Institution, Common Health and Safety Unit, suppliers, private insurance companies

F- Physical space security / Authorized public institutions and organizations

G- Personnel / Real persons or private law legal entities

 

  • ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS

Personal data of employees, employee candidates, potential product or service buyers, product or service buyers (hereinafter referred to as “patient”), supplier employees, supplier officials and visitors are collected in the following ways:

A- Personal data of employees is collected through the relevant person delivering documents in a physical environment

B- The CV of the employee candidate is sent by the relevant person physically delivering the CV or by sending it via virtual methods such as e-mail

C- Personal data of supplier officials and employees are collected by non-automatic methods

D- Personal data of patients are collected by the relevant person filling out a form in a physical environment and verbally declaring his/her personal data

E- Personal data of visitors and potential product and service buyers are disclosed through verbal declaration

G- It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract and it is mandatory to process data for their legitimate interests.

The legal reason for paragraphs 2/a, 2/b and 2/e is to obtain explicit consent.

For paragraph 2/g, the legal reason is processing for the purpose of providing medical diagnosis, treatment and care services with explicit consent.

For paragraph 2/i, there is also the reason that processing is necessary in order to fulfill any legal obligation.

The legal reason for paragraph 2/j is that it is processed for the purpose of carrying out medical diagnosis, treatment and care services.

 

  • ARTICLE 5: STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The retention periods of personal data written in this information text according to data categories are listed below and personal data will be destroyed at the end of the period.

A- Criminal conviction and security measures / 1 year from the end of the employment relationship

B- Contact / 10 years from the end of the business relationship / Identity / 10 years from the end of the business relationship /

C- Professional experience / 10 years from the end of the employment relationship

D- 10 years from the end of the Finance / Business relationship

E- Health information / 10 years after the termination of the employment relationship / 15 years after the termination of the employment relationship for data processed for occupational health and safety reasons /

F- Military status 10 years from the end of the employment relationship

G- 10 years from the termination of the Personnel / Employment relationship

H- Physical location security / 15 days

I- Curriculum Vitae / 1 year from receipt

 

  • ARTICLE 6: RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON

The natural person whose personal data is processed is defined as the relevant person and has the following rights regarding him/her by applying to the workplace:

A- Learning whether personal data is processed or not

B- Requesting information if personal data has been processed

C- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose

D- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad

E- Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed

F- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data

G- Requesting that transactions made in accordance with clauses (E) and (F) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred

H- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems

I- Requesting compensation for damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data.
